Postage and delivery Information
Orangeblossom Old Ways will ship items using Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail. We will endeavour to ship to you within 7 working days.
Shipping in the UK
The Shipping Price is £6 for items in the UK.
If you miss your signed for delivery you will have to go to your local Royal Mail collection office to claim your parcel. You need to take identification and proof of address as advised on the note from the Post Office.
All products will be sent 1st Class with Royal Mail.
If the item is not collected and returned to us, we will refund you for the item- minus shipping and administration fee.
All orders will be packed and sent out as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
All products will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
The Shipping Price is £17 for items to be shipped out of the UK.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU selling regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The item (s) must be in the original packaging with no broken seals (where applicable) and in a resaleable condition.
Please follow these instructions:
- Email us and include your email receipt and reasons for refund or exchange.
- Wait to receive a return shipping address
- Return the items unused, with all original tags intact and please include your supplied invoice in the parcel
- We cannot refund or exchange used items or items which have been damaged by the customer. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
- Please note we are not responsible for return postage.
- When you return goods please retain Proof of Postage from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
- In some cases certain unique, bespoke or one-off items may make it so we cannot offer an exchange or replacement of an item. In this case, we will refund your purchase once the item has been received by us.
